Miami's Auto Spa

High prices and extremely rude to the point of being nasty. Lowest price was $15 for the longest time and suddenly doubled. First time I went and saw how expensive it was I politely told them it was too high and left. They had always done a great job, but the guys that run it have always been rude…I juat put up with it. Went back today and was told that because I had mentioned that they were too expensive the last time I was there they weren’t ever going to wash my car again. And no…I am no Karen! I am not known for acting entitled nor do I cause trouble. The guys that run the place don’t value customer service at all. I had never complained about the job they did….it was always top notch and that’s why I looked past the rudeness. But from a business standpoint; really? You don’t see my coming back as an opportunity to win back my business? Crazy.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Miami Auto Spa in Torrance. I paid $50 for a car wash cleaning service and the results were unacceptable. The interior of my car was barely cleaned. The floor mats were still dirty and clearly not vacuumed properly, the center console still had stains, the cup holders and gear area were dusty, and the door panels were still dirty as well. What makes this even more frustrating is that I tipped the employee $15 BEFORE even checking the car because I trusted the service would be done correctly. The moment I got into my car, I immediately regretted it. It honestly looked like the job was rushed with little attention to detail. I normally never complain and usually let things go, but when you are paying for a service, you expect the work promised to actually be completed. I politely called the employee back over and asked if the areas I mentioned could be cleaned properly. Instead of being understanding, he seemed irritated and bothered that I even asked. As a paying customer, I should not have to point out basic cleaning tasks that should have already been done. Poor quality service and poor customer service on top of it. Hu

My third and FINAL VISIT…. I basically paid for a $30 air freshener because the car wash was incredibly disappointing.. the exterior had water stains on the hood plus driver & passenger door) and the interior was even more passed over with the poor vacuum job and untouched leather seats (which only needed to be wiped down). I normally wash my own car every 2-3 weeks max, but went here given my last 2 visits went well plus I welcomed the help…. Sadly, I now need to go home and clean up what was clearly overlooked. They weren’t even busy on a Monday afternoon (between 3-3:0pm).

Honestly, their service used to be much better. Now every time I go, it doesn’t even seem like they want to have customers as the customer service is very poorly managed, and the staff is not as friendly as desired. I asked the girl helping the entrance, what’s the difference between the washes and she was like idk it says right there. Like as if she is doing me a favor or something while I’m asking her to do her job and provide me with info. You pay for premium service and you receive less than. This was the last time I took my car there. Recently my friends mom went there and she was cursed at bc she asked a question regarding their lunch from 11:30-1:30. Usually lunch is one hour and not two. Long story short, i can see why a lot less people go to them now.

Definitely like coming here. Prices are reasonable for the area and great customer service. My car comes out clean and fresh and the waiting period is not too long. They give you free air fresheners when you wash your car and they give you rewards points every time you come.
